DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Dosage:
Adult: Add 1.5 measuring spoons (3.75 ml ) to water or juice and drink in one or two doses. May be taken with or without food. Start slowly: 0.5 measuring spoons (1.25 ml) a day at first, 1 measuring spoon (2.5 ml) from day 3, and 1.5 measuring spoons (3.75 ml) on day 5. For optimal results, you can double the dose, i.e. 3 scoops (7.5 ml) per day twice daily (2 x 3.75 ml), or throughout the day. It is best to mix in a litre of water together with ReMag and sip throughout the day. Do not take the product undiluted!

Children 4-12 years,take ½ the adult dose.
