DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Dissolve 2.5 ml (1 measuring cup) daily in a glass (250 ml) of water, tea or other beverage. Both copper and zinc may not be good for sensitive people’s stomachs, in which case it is better to drink the dose with food or about an hour after eating. Do not take undiluted.

Note: You can put a dose in a litre of water with Dr Dean’s other minerals (ReMag, ReMyte, ReCalcia) and sip throughout the day.

FIRST AID

• In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with clean water for 15 minutes.
• In case of overdose, consult a doctor.
• In case of contact with skin, rinse with water.
