DIETARY SUPPLEMENT  

ReMag® 480ml + Vitamin C ReSet™ Bundle contains a combination of highly absorbable magnesium, a relatively high dose of vitamin C and a medium dose of potassium. The first two contribute to the reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, to normal mental activity and to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Magnesium and also potassium contribute to normal muscle function.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Water Intake Guidelines

Hydrate yourself – multiply your weight in kilograms by 0.03 and drink at least as much fluid during the day. Add a quarter teaspoon of sea or Himalayan salt to each litre of water. 70 kg person should therefore drink at least 2.1 litres of water - 70 kg x 0.03 = 2.1 l.

ReMag®: Do not take undiluted. ReMag® is a powerful mineral concentration and should not be placed directly into your mouth. Place a 1 attached dosage cup [2.5 ml] in 200ml of water and consume in one sitting or put into 1 liter of water and sip throughout the day. For optimum results take at least two or more servings a day as needed or as directed by your healthcare provider. May be taken with or without food.

We recommend starting very slowly**: take a half of a attached dosage cup per day (1.25 ml) and increase by a quarter of dosage cup every 2 days to reach the required dose of 1 dosage cup per day.

** Sensitive people should start even more slowly (1- 5 drops during the morning). The addition of highly absorbable magnesium to a hypersensitive organism can lead to tumultuous reactions.

Vitamin C ReSet™: Mix this delicious powder in 240-480 ml of water and drink it throughout the day or use the powder to flavour your favourite smoothie or ReStructure® protein.
