ReMyte® contains 12 minerals! The most important for the thyroid gland are definitely iodine and selenium, which contribute to the normal functioning of the thyroid gland. DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Water Intake Guidelines

Hydrate yourself - multiply your weight in kilograms by 0.03 and drink at least as much fluid during the day. Add a quarter teaspoon of sea or Himalayan salt to each litre of water. 70 kg person should therefore drink at least 2.1 litres of water - 70 kg x 0.03 = 2.1 l.

ReMyte®: Take 1+1/2 capful or 3/4 tsp twice daily in water or juice with food. You can also take 1 tsp three times a day (7.5 ml). Begin slowly taking 1/2 tsp daily and increasing by 1/2 tsp every 2 days to a maintenance dose. Best taken in a liter of water - sipped through the day along with ReMag®.

Whole C ReSet®: is an organic Vitamin C complex comprised of acerola, whole fruit complex, and organic barley powder. Each capsule provides 250mg of vitamin C and 1,010 mg of Whole Fruit Vit-C Blend - Dosage: Take 1 capsule twice daily with or without food.
